In accordance with our sales policy, we guarantee customer support service within one year from a date of purchase. The services include technical support, customer support and all updates and new releases for purchased product during that term.

The product registration key issued for a purchased license works with all software versions and builds that are launched within one year from the date of purchase. Then the key can be used with a compatible version of the software as long as the licensee wants; the software license never expires. If you have lost your registration information, you may use our client portal to request that your registration key be resent to your e-mail.

A customer who purchased the software less than one year ago or who paid for the extended customer service that has not yet expired may simply download the new trial or demo version and use the key to register the software.

When the one-year term for the support service expires, the licensee may renew that support, along with download privileges for the most recent versions of the software, at a discounted price. The support services and latest downloads then become available for a term of another year from the original expiration date. A new registration key is issued for the licensee after the support services are renewed. The key must be valid for the current version of the software and any new version that would be released within the purchased support period.

When the licensee enters his order information in the console form at the client portal and the order is found in our database the extended customer service fees will be calculated automatically depending on a date of the previous order.
